For players that need a moderate power amp with plenty of "oomph"

This single channel 22-watt 6V6 loaded amp uses a vacuum tube rectifier for the classic rock feel and also incorporates a few DST tricks to give more control than is available from other amps. Just like it's big brothers, the UV6 utilizes DST's Damping Circuit and plenty of tone control options.

The UV6 is the first design to use our new Contour Control. The contour control is ideal for players that want to set a great basic tone and be able to quickly "tweak" it when they change from humbuckers to single coil pickups. Having all of that control wouldn't mean anything without the right output response. The UV6 has plenty of headroom and enough volume to keep up with ambitious drummers.

For players that want a little "push over the edge" the UV6 has a new secret weapon. It's footswitch boost function allows you to "kick it up a notch" right at the output stage. The beauty of low power amps is to be able to get that lush output tube distortion. Our boost gives up to 9db right where you want it. The UV6 is matched to a 2 x 12 cabinet in either a double stack or short stack.
